Cancellation Policy

Before production begins

You may request cancellation before production begins. No cancellation fee applies when the order has not been printed or otherwise entered production.

After production begins

Custom orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once printing or production begins. If Cherry Hill Studio makes a discretionary exception after work or printing has started but before shipment or pickup, completed production costs may be deducted and a cancellation charge may apply. No exception is guaranteed.

Request cancellation

Contact us immediately at dan@cherryhillstudio.com or 815-726-2887 and provide the order number. A request is not approved until Cherry Hill Studio confirms it.

Refund method

If an eligible paid order is cancelled, the approved refund will be returned to the original credit-card payment method through Authorize.net. Bank and card processing times are outside our control. Shipping charges already incurred and completed custom-production costs are not refundable.
