Cherry Hill Studio respects the privacy of our customers. This policy explains what information we collect through cherryhillstudio.com and how we use and protect it.

Information we collect

We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing and shipping addresses, account credentials, order details, customer instructions, uploaded photographs and designs, communications, and technical information needed to operate and secure the website. Passwords are stored as secure hashes; we cannot view the original password.

How information is used

We use information to create and fulfill orders, process payments, communicate about payment and order status, provide shipping or pickup updates, maintain customer accounts, answer inquiries, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We send order-related and service-related emails only. We do not use customer account information for promotional email campaigns.

Uploaded images

Customer-uploaded images are used to prepare, print, review, and fulfill requested products. Our standard retention period is 90 days after the order is completed or cancelled, after which uploaded production images may be deleted from active systems. Temporary cart uploads may be deleted sooner. Limited copies may remain briefly in secured backups or when retention is reasonably necessary to resolve a dispute, comply with law, or protect the business.

Service providers

We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the business, including website and database hosting providers, Authorize.net for secure payment processing, Google/Gmail for email delivery, accounting providers, and shipping carriers. We do not sell customer personal information. Cherry Hill Studio does not store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Cookies and security

The website uses essential cookies for shopping carts, sign-in, account security, and administrator access. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Age requirement and children’s photographs

Customer accounts and online orders are limited to people age 18 or older. Photographs of children must be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or an authorized school or organization. Children should not create accounts or submit personal information themselves. A parent or guardian may contact us concerning a child’s information.

Access and deletion requests

Customers may request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information and uploaded images by emailing dan@cherryhillstudio.com. We may verify identity. Certain order, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained when required or reasonably necessary.
