Terms of Service

These terms apply to custom-product orders submitted through Cherry Hill Studio. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit an online order. By submitting an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy, Returns, and Cancellation policies.

Customer authorization

You represent that you own or have permission to reproduce every photograph, design, logo, name, and other material you upload. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, abusive, or unauthorized content. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permission from the photographer, copyright owner, parent, guardian, school, league, or organization.

Customer approvals

You are responsible for image quality, resolution, composition, approved cropping, spelling, dates, names, colors, product options, quantities, and personalization selections. Screen colors may differ from printed output. Cherry Hill Studio may provide warnings or contact you when an image appears unsuitable, but those reviews do not transfer responsibility for customer-provided content to Cherry Hill Studio.

Images that may not print acceptably

If we determine before printing that an image is unlikely to produce an acceptable result, we may pause production and contact you for a replacement image, revised crop, approval to proceed, or another resolution. Production time may be extended while awaiting your response.

Timing

Many orders are typically produced within approximately 72 business hours after payment, approval, and receipt of usable files. Customers should allow 7–14 business days. All production, shipping, and pickup dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Large orders, image problems, supply availability, holidays, carrier delays, and customer response time may extend completion.

Pricing and payment

Website orders are charged to the customer’s selected credit-card payment method when the order is placed. Applicable tax and shipping charges are included in the total shown at checkout. We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, product descriptions, availability, or calculations. If an error materially affects a paid order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate correction or refund before proceeding.

Custom products

Personalized and custom products are made specifically for the customer and are final sale except for qualifying printing, manufacturing, damage, or fulfillment errors described in our Returns Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
